NASA and the Kennedy Space Center

We enjoyed a great day at NASA
Can't believe we haven't been before.

This is the fuel module and booster
rockets for Atlantas

This is the assembly building.
To get some perspective on how big
it is, that flag is 21 stories high.

This is the "creeper".  It carries the
rockets to the launch pads.

We all thought these were some kind of
cellular towers but they're actually lighting towers.
Lots of lightening in FL

Rocket Boosters on the bottom of Apollo 8

Actual suit from a trip to the moon

 Atlantas

Bottom of the Atlantas and the infamous tiles

 Hubble...quite a large telescope

This is a replica of the newest module
by Boeing

Epcot

Ran into Donald outside of Mexico.
Couldn't resist getting my picture taken with him.

Knit group

I saw on the local library website that they
have a knitting group.  I needed help
with a sweater I was making so....I met
some wonderful ladies and am enjoying their company.

This is the sweater I just finished for my
great-great niece due in March.

The Magic Kingdom with Ellie

My nephew Mike, his wife Tami,
his son West and granddaughter Ellie
came and we enjoyed just THE best
day at the Magic Kingdom.

Seeing Disney through the eyes of a 2 1/2 year old
is such fun.

Back on the pickleball courts

We're playing 3-4 days a week.
Just need to re-line and shorten existing tennis
courts if you want to play.

Hollywood Studio

Lots of changes at Hollywood Studios
They have created new areas for Star Wars

One of the biggest changes includes the removal
of Mickey's Sorcerer's hat.  It really opens up
main street and a new plaza.

Love the Beauty and the Beast Show.

Roxanne and Toni Visit

My friends Roxanne and Toni
came to visit before heading off on a cruise.

Toni had all she could eat crab legs

 We went to see Roxanne's
Aunt Jean Ambler.  We Facetimed
with her son Rick in Northville.  It
was soooo sweet.  She's 93; imagine
what she's seen in her lifetime and
now she can look at a phone and connect
with her son 1,000 miles away.
