Bartow, FL

We drove down to Bartow today and did some genealogy work. Bartow is the county seat and this is the court house. We love to visit these old buildings when on vacation, especially state capitols. This courthouse and numerous homes are on the National Register of Historic Places. This home is the Swearingren House...love the old South.

Dennis encountered a coral snake this morning on his porch. Donna fed it to their resident gator.

Breakfast with Genitti's and Holbrook's

Sausage gravy and biscuits, ham and eggs, fresh Florida strawberries, watermelon and orange juice. Doesn't get much better than this. Not sure what Sebastian and John are staring at.

Toni and the band at the FMCA rally in Brooksville

I know where to find her. She's always by the music or the food. This just so happened to be music in the food court. We went to Brooksville to the Family Motor Coach Association rally. Always get some good tips at these things. Came away with free pancakes and rice! Go figure.
