Crocheting with Clare

On Mondays, I knit with a great group

of ladies in Haines City.  Clare helped me

make a crocheted dishcloth.  Such a

patient and kind teacher.

Everglades and Everglades City

 We drove from Venus, FL down

through the Everglades.  Lots of signs for

Bears, Alligators and Panthers.  We only

saw Alligators.

 We had lunch at this great spot in

Everglades City called of all things

"City" Seafood.  Freshest, crunchy shrimp ever.

Oh darn, time for another Happy Hour

Dinner and Dominoes with George and Rita

George and Rita Lagana invited

us over for a great Italian dinner.

Deer Creek and Rochester, NY.

Ed's Birthday at the Animal Kingdom

We went to the Animal Kingdom

this evening for Ed's Birthday.  I

got him a "It's my Birthday" badge

and a Mickey Ice Cream bar.

 We took an evening Safari ride

and saw a beautiful sunset on the

savannah.

We saw a "tower" of giraffes; 5 of them. 

Back to EPCOT

Beautiful day for a visit to China

and Ed's favorite lunch spot.

Back in Davenport for Happy Hour

Our friends in Deer Creek gathered around

for a Welcome Back Happy Hour.

Good to see all of them and as

Ed says "good to be seen".
